Two operators. Many countries.
One obsession.
Braba was born from a decade of working together across Latin America's most complex markets.
Luiza and Mónica first worked side by side at Almundo, leading strategic planning and commercial operations across Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico. They built the go-to-market infrastructure that helped scale the company until its USD 77M acquisition by CVC Corp. That experience set the foundation: expansion is not a plan on paper. It's a commercial system that needs to be designed, tested, and operated.
From there, their paths diverged but their work stayed the same. Luiza co-founded Arado, where she led the company from zero to USD 17M ARR, raised a USD 24M Series A, and navigated the M&A that followed. Mónica entered ten new markets from scratch across Asia-Pacific and Latin America, building enterprise pipelines at Ontop, taking LiveDune to P&L breakeven in 12 months in Brazil, and leading product marketing across four countries at Abbott Nutrition.
Throughout that time, they kept being sought out by founders facing the same challenge: how to expand with confidence instead of assumptions. The conversations turned into advisory work. The advisory work turned into a shared methodology. The methodology became Braba.
Today, Braba delivers GTM diagnosis, strategy, and execution for tech companies expanding across Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula. Every engagement is led by Luiza and Mónica directly, with the perspective of people who have operated, built, and scaled the same kind of growth their clients are pursuing.
